Wir sind uns unserer Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Menschenrechten und Umweltschutz bewusst und setzen uns für faire Sozial-, Umwelt- und Arbeitsstandards in den globalen Lieferketten ein. Ziel ist es, die Einhaltung dieser Standards zu fördern und deren Verletzung zu verhindern.
Im Einklang mit unseren Grundwerten möchten wir Euch daher ermutigen, uns Hinweise auf Menschenrechts- oder Umweltverstöße in unserer Lieferkette zu melden. Hier habt ihr die Möglichkeit, euch anonym über Menschenrechts- oder Umweltverstöße zu beschweren.

Reports on the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)
Good and trusting cooperation, as well as respectful interaction with each other, our customers, suppliers and service providers are important to us in our company. It is in our own interest to maintain a well-functioning organisation. Unfortunately, it cannot be ruled out that people will misconduct themselves.
By uncovering misconduct or even criminal acts, whistleblowers contribute to the smooth functioning of a company that should not be underestimated. In our view, a whistleblower does not act in an uncooperative manner. In fact, the whistleblower ensures that the rules of the game, which must apply to everyone, are adhered to, thus guaranteeing fair cooperation. Providing information, even if the suspicion is unclear, is exemplary, courageous and loyal behavior that has nothing to do with denunciation.
As part of our compliance program and to meet the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act, we have created reporting channels for violations. Here you have the opportunity to submit a complaint anonymously, concerning a violation of the laws listed in Section 2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act. We assure every whistleblower that we will investigate all reports with the utmost care and in absolute confidentiality.
